Responsibilities
Produce briefing slides, metric charts, program schedules, and organizational charts, as necessary.
Maintain all current Standard Operating Procedures on the existing web portal and provide administrative support for the web portal (SharePoint).
Identify business areas that require new Standard Operating Procedures to be developed.
Develop/update training courses.
Develop, communicate, and deliver less intensive training work products, such as one page “job aids.”
Identify and prioritize potential training.
Manage and sustain the current Major Business Process Library and develop new documents, subject to approval, for the Major Business Process library.
Monitor, review, and update the Major Business Process Library and the current web portal.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field (e.g. Business Administration, Accounting, etc.)
Minimum 4 years’ experience reviewing and thoroughly documenting complex Department of Navy business processes, identifying internal controls within complex Department of Navy business processes, developing business process flow documentation, and designing and delivering training related to documented business process.
Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Access and Adobe Acrobat.
