Responsibilities

Process Transformation: Lead initiatives to transform and optimize partner and channel business processes, ensuring alignment with NetApp’s strategic goals.
Technology Enablement: Act as a conduit between business and IT, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions within Salesforce and other systems.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partner Operations, Finance, and IT, to define and document business processes and ensure they meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Salesforce Management: Oversee the business aspects of our highly customized Salesforce environment, ensuring it supports our partner and channel operations effectively.
Agile Collaboration: Work closely with IT and development teams in an agile environment to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze business processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Partner and Channel Focus: Serve as the business analyst for partner and channel teams, understanding their unique needs and ensuring that our processes and systems support their success.

Required

10+ years of experience in business process analysis, with a strong focus on partner and channel operations such as, opportunity management, deal registration, incentive registration, channel / partner programs, partner relationship management, partner lead distribution.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems, with a proven track record of managing business processes within these platforms.
Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market (GTM) processes, sales operations, and channel/partner management.
Experience working in an agile development environment, collaborating with IT and business teams to implement solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and data to make informed recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred

Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
