Responsibilities
Ability to review Solicitation Documents and ensure continuity across the acquisition package to ensure high quality packages.
Ability to support/review pre-award phase, including market research, requirements package development, funding, solicitation development, and source selection.
Ability to interpret and apply pre-award regulations and policies.
Ability to interact effectively with Program Management Offices (PMOs), contracting officers, and other stakeholders during the pre-award phase.
Ability to work with several types of contracts (e.g., fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, IDIQ) and how they impact the pre-award phase.
Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the solicitation process.
Ability to perform detailed and accurate work to meet tight deadlines as needed.
Ability to review documents to ensure the documents applied relevant standards but also apply critical reasoning and thinking.
Ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.

Required
Five years of relevant experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) contract development and DoD Budget Execution processes.
Possess an in-depth understanding of the FAR and its supplements, particularly those sections related to pre-award processes.
Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority, such as Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) Level I or II, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level I or II.

Preferred
College degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
DoD 5000/Adaptive Acquisition Framework experience
