Responsibilities

Design and create content architecture in Confluence

Design, prototype and hands-on build information management solutions in JIRA and Confluence by using ConfiForms and other content management add-ons.

Test basic business solutions and ensure performance is as designed.

Document basic solutions to allow the team to support business customers and to support easy maintenance, transitioning key information to the support team.

Assist in the documentation and presentation of business analysis and solutions requirements to key stakeholders for validation and approval.

Compose training materials and conduct training sessions for users, with guidance from team members.

Create and document JIRA processes and workflows (for example: automation of user onboarding/offboarding processes).

Continually learns new processes, tools, and technology to support the organization's future growth

Learn and analyze new technologies and industry best practices to identify suitability for adoption by the team and our clients.

Work with the development team on data visualization automation.
