Responsibilities
Becomes an expert on specific services lines that have been targeted for growth or expansion as directed by leadership and in alignment with College priorities.
Identifies and cultivates existing and prospective clients through in-person meetings, community engagement, and account management.
Serves as the first line contact for maintaining relationships and managing customer needs through proactive communication and remaining highly responsive.
Works with clients in assigned portfolio on account management needs including contracts, billing, communication, process, and service recovery when needed.
Liaises with the service line leadership to resolve issues and further client engagement through regular touchpoints and as needed.
Utilizes a CRM (Salesforce) to keep a record of contracts, client information, and interactions; develops and runs reports as needed to track accounts.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree.
Two years of relevant experience.
Preferred
Past sales/marketing/account executive experience.
Aptitude in healthcare operations.
CRM proficiency.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
