Responsibilities
Performs data entry to our database system.
Keeps the files organized and in compliance with (Rule 29, OFAC, PLC and Check list).
Photocopies and scans documents as needed by the department.
Requests renewals to insurance companies.
Receives, revises, registries, and files documents coming from clients, insurance companies and other bank departments.
Provides administrative support to insurance agents, leasing executive and to auto customer service department.

Required
High school diploma and one year of experience.
Write, speak and comprehend English and Spanish
Teamwork orientation
