Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for licensing, registration, and commissions systems.
Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop functional and technical specifications to guide system development and enhancements.
Lead the integration of licensing, registration, and commissions systems with other business applications.
Work with technical teams to design, test, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations throughout the integration and implementation process.
Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to licensing, registration, and commissions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate project activities, including resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Provide ongoing support for licensing, registration, and commissions systems, addressing issues and troubleshooting as needed.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to maintain and enhance system functionality.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all system-related activities.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and changes.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proven experience with licensing, registration, and commissions systems.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with database management and SQL.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred
Experience with specific licensing and registration systems or commissions platforms.
Certification in business analysis or project management (e.g., CBAP, PMP)
