Responsibilities

Designing and documenting business processes and workflows based on business needs

Developing business requirements for large-scale database implementations and migrations

Gathering stakeholder input and assembling into normalized, communicable formats

Use-case discovery and development of technical requirements for use-case implementation

Day-to-day client interaction and client management

Quality assurance of business requirements documentation

Gap analysis of business requirements and chosen software applications

CDP platform management and/or configuration and implementation

Risk assessment in platform migration and implementation

Researching and proposing cost effective technical solutions to address business challenges such as improvement of development, processes, and governance standards.

Required

5 years experience in customer data utilization and deployment

Recent work in either composable or packaged CDP implementations

Highly competent technically

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment

Confident in deadline-driven project delivery

Background in consulting or consultative software implementation
