Required

Over 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
3+ years specializing in the healthcare domain.
Strong SQL skills.
Experience with data analysis.
Proficiency in creating pivots and reports in Microsoft Excel.
Elicit and document business requirements, write Scrum stories, and define acceptance criteria.
Design technical and data flow diagrams based on use cases or problems.
Conduct detailed business and data analysis, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Work in an Agile environment using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Provide production support by researching and resolving IT issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements.
SQL and data analysis (3/5 proficiency or higher).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, reports).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Experience with Agile project management tools (Azure DevOps or Jira).

Preferred

Production support experience.
Project management and release management experience.
Healthcare domain knowledge.
Knowledge of software development, databases, and IT infrastructure.
Experience with scripting languages like Python, Java, or bash.
Familiarity with EDI formats (e.g., 837).
Salesforce experience (a plus).
