Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Compensation Workbench, including ABP, merit increases, and bonus cycles.
Lead design and configuration for Compensation modules, collaborating with business users to address needs in base salary and merit adjustments.
Support integrations, approval workflows, and technical tasks like fast formula development, OTBI, and security assessments.
Provide ongoing support for Core HR and ORC modules as needed, focusing primarily on Compensation tasks.

Required
7+ years in Oracle HCM implementations with strong Compensation and Benefits experience.

Proven ability to work independently with business teams and manage end-to-end compensation processes.
