Responsibilities

Actively collaborate with product managers, customers, and cross-functional teams to understand processes, identify problems, and explore solution scenarios.

Craft detailed requirements using techniques such as activity diagrams, low-fidelity mockups, Jira user stories, and interface specifications.

Maintain comprehensive documentation libraries to ensure products are easily understood and documentation stays current with the latest feature updates.

Interact closely with the development and quality teams to ensure decisions on product requirements are handled swiftly to enable teams to maintain velocity.

Required

Worked for a minimum of 4 years in software business systems analysis.

Seek to be a product subject matter expert (SME) in every interaction with stakeholders.

Clearly translate business needs into product features and functions through detailed, actionable user stories that delight our customers, using tools such as Jira, Balsamiq, draw.io, Vision.

Collaborate closely with development and quality assurance teams to review and refine user stories, ensuring mutual understanding and facilitating effective planning and implementation throughout the delivery process.

Earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related field or equivalent work experience.
