Responsibilities
Define and analyze business and user requirements for new and enhanced products.
Collaborate with the Engagement Manager in creating and presenting project on-boarding processes and materials, such as charters and Statements of Work (SOW).
Lead and take responsibility for all testing and quality assurance (QA) activities within the project lifecycle. Direct offshore QA resources to develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and other deliverables related to QA.
Work with the Engagement Manager and clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.
Assist the Engagement Manager with status reporting as required by leadership.
Proactively respond to both business and project issues and escalate them appropriately.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow and its functional capabilities.
Knowledge of various modules in ServiceNow such as SPM, ITSM, ITIL, CRM, HRSD or others
Proven experience in defining and analyzing business and user requirements.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with clients and project teams.
Experience in leading testing and quality assurance activities, including developing test plans and scripts.
Familiarity with user acceptance testing processes and methodologies.
Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
