Responsibilities
Interface with business teams or clients to identify software needs and architect improvements to existing systems
Assist business teams with adherence to the company’s project framework and completion of required project documents
Provide support to end users for detailed questions pertaining to production application systems
Configure system options in-line with business requirements and processes following proper approval workflows
Act as technical project lead for software implementations
Assist with testing of new software or applications as needed
Assist in managing application support ticket queues
Document processes relating to system improvements and changes to production applications
Execute system and integration testing in the Company’s core software applications
Provide after-hours support of production systems as needed

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ of experience as a Business Analyst within the Banknotes or Payments domain
Proven work experience with core banking, domestics and cross border payments & payments hub
Prior experience with managing projects/process, working independently with limited supervision
Prior experience with working in a software development life cycle
Familiarity with software testing processes and best practices
Familiarity with payment processing systems and related APIs
Understanding of foreign exchange and international payments business needs, technology, compliance requirements and customer segments
