Required

The Proposed Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst role and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or another related field.

Candidates having Formal education in Information Technology, Business, or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience: Masters Degree : 1 Year

Proposed Senior Level Resource must have demonstrated experience in the following: Advanced analytical skills for complex business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommendation of solutions that align with business goals.

Exceptional facilitation in requirements gathering with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.

Clear and concise communication working closely with variety of audiences including stakeholders, developers, and managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Preferred

Ability to use business intelligence platforms to derive actionable insights.

Strong project management skills using software to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Understanding of the agile software delivery life cycle.

Experience with the following Software and Services: Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer, Microsoft SQL Server Management Server, Alation, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, SolarWinds.
