Responsibilities

Define, document, and visualize process governance within an Agile environment

Develop data and reports enabling executive visibility of process compliance

Assess Agile teams' implementation of practices to manage flow, visualize work, and create feedback loops according to organizational standards

Analyze Agile boards to identify constraints to flow

Write accomplishments describing improvements to process, quality, and delivery

Support planning, logistics, and execution of training classes teaching processes and governance

Required

Holds a four-year degree in an appropriate field or an additional three (3) years of relevant experience.

US Citizen.

Ability to pass a Public Trust Background Check.

Minimum 5 years of experience working with a system development team or knowledge work team.

Minimum 1 year of experience working with an Agile team.

Minimum 1 year of experience using Jira or an equivalent tool to visualize the flow of work. Examples include Businessmap (formerly Kanbanize), NimbleWork SwiftKanban, Microsoft Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.

Preferred

Experience with Miro or Mural is a plus.

Experience with process modeling and measurement is helpful.
