Responsibilities
Demonstrated ability as 'functional lead' leading a team of BSAs
Ability to take high-level directions and translate them into executable actions for self and the team of BSAs the individual will lead
Demonstrated ability to define, document, and review with business, solution options with associated pros/cons.
Demonstrated ability to document functional processes (e.g., with Visio or Mind Mapping tools)
Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and create detailed functional specifications taking business processes and requirements into consideration.
Experience translating functional specs/designs to the technical team.
Experience driving and leading testing (BSA functional and integration tests) and UATs working with Biz SMEs.

Required
12 years of experience in the MFG domain
MFG Execution System (MES) experience with Siemens Op-Center
Experience working with Biz SMEs in MFG
Experience with MFG processes – Bay builds, Pulse builds, Lean line builds (Kanban)
HW integration between MES and shop floor systems (e.g., Pick-to-light)
Demonstrated ability as 'functional lead' leading a team of BSAs
Ability to take high-level directions and translate them into executable actions for self and the team of BSAs the individual will lead
Demonstrate knowledge of functional integrations between MES systems, ERP (specifically SAP), and PLM (specifically Siemens Team Center) systems
Demonstrated ability to define, document, and review with business, solution options with associated pros/cons.
Demonstrated ability to document functional processes (e.g., with Visio or Mind Mapping tools)
Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and create detailed functional specifications taking business processes and requirements into consideration.
Experience translating functional specs/designs to the technical team.
Experience driving and leading testing (BSA functional and integration tests) and UATs working with Biz SMEs
Fast learner of MFG-specific tools and processes
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware/software lifecycles, ERP solutions, ERP development environments/tools
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management best practices
Preferred
Knowledge/experience with the Mendix low-code UI platform
