Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and document requirements for the mobile trade-in device processing software

Help prioritize backlog according to product vision, market value and ROI

Help create release plans for each of the teams major releases.

Works with other development roles as well as outside of the development organization (horizontally across org) to independently communicate vision, explain functionality, and answer questions

Creates detailed Requirements (business and technical) and Operational documents related to the product

Analyze and assess existing business processes and systems to uncover opportunities for improvement and optimization

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to mobile device trade-in solutions

Maintain close coordination with functional owners and design solutions

Required

3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the Supply Chain and/or Telecommunications industry

API or data integration experience is highly desired

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at translating intricate business requirements into technical solutions

Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis methodologies, committed to delivering top-quality solutions that align with business objectives and surpass customer expectations

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and exceed customer expectations

Familiarity with software testing principles and practices

Knowledge of software development tools and technologies is a plus

Highly desirable experience with Atlassian tools (Jira + Confluence)
