Responsibilities
Create impactful reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs and quality improvement opportunities.
Define reporting requirements and metrics in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
Identify process and data enhancements for more valuable reporting.
Utilize reporting tools such as Tableau and Kibana, writing SQL queries and Elastic searches.
Perform analysis on business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

SQL Experience
Experience creating and publishing Tableau dashboards
ElasticSearch/Kibana
