Responsibilities
Gather and document business and technical requirements for core organizational systems
Lead requirements gathering sessions
Develop user stories, document process flows, and create other standard documentation
Collaborate effectively with various teams and work well with executives and all levels of the organization
Utilize tools like Confluence, Jira, and flowcharts for documentation
Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills

Required
Must have 5+ years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
Must have experience documenting business and technical requirements
Must have experience with process documentation, user stories, and diagramming
Must be able to lead requirements gathering sessions
Must have experience developing user stories, documenting process flows and/or other standard documentation is required
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be collaborative and be able to work well across various teams
Must be detail oriented and have strong problem-solving skills
Must be able to work well with executives as well as all levels of an organization in a professional manner
Preferred
Experience with Confluence and Jira is ideal
Experience with flowcharts is ideal
