Gather and document business and systems requirements for key organizational project initiative
Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders to understand project needs
Coordinate with various technology teams to document technical requirements
Fill in requirements gaps by gathering business requirements
Facilitate and lead requirements meetings
Work professionally with different levels within an enterprise organization

Required
5+ years' experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements is required
Must have experience gathering and documenting systems requirements
Must be able to gather requirement and document complex processes
Experience with Agile and writing user stories is required
Must be able to work with various levels of business stakeholders
Must be very comfortable working with systems and requirements for large projects.
Must have strong knowledge of the SDLC process
Must have disciplined, structured approach to business requirements gathering
Experience in facilitating and leading requirements meetings is required
Must be driven, self-motivated, and persistent
Must be able to work professionally with different levels within an enterprise organization
