Responsibilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on deriving actionable insights.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, and project management software like JIRA or Trello.
Solid experience with Agile and other software development methodologies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
Familiarity with creating detailed business cases, process models, workflows, and user stories.
Knowledge of business process improvement, gap analysis, and requirements gathering techniques.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are highly desirable.
