Responsibilities

Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
Self-directed, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities.
Gather business-focused requirements to support development teams and product owners, including supporting the backlog and ensuring the user’s perspective is considered.
Identify core business needs, decompose, and document concepts of operation, story maps and user stories, document business rules and construct workflow diagrams, as needed.
Develop and refine business needs statements and/or change requests containing clear and actionable epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
Work with Product Management, Technical Leadership, and mission stakeholders to establish and monitor baseline key performance indicators (KPI)/metrics.
Provide data analysis expertise to measure and report on progress towards objectives and key results, including both development/delivery metrics and business process outcomes.
Participate in scrum, sprint planning, story refinement and backlog refinement sessions.
Develop documents to support program compliance with USPS IT Technology Solutions Life Cycle.
Identify and communicate risks and issues.

Required

8-10 years of experience in supporting cross-functional teams and engaging with leadership at various levels within an organization.
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant business, technical, or professional, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and MS Teams.
Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem solving.

Experience working in an agile software development framework.
Prior experience with Kubernetes, DialogFlow, and/or Google Cloud Computing Services.
