Responsibilities

Collaborate with business, marketing, technical, and design teams to gather and prioritize requirements, and translate them into detailed BRDs and FRDs.
Identify functional definitions of systems, including workflows, impacts on existing applications, and navigation paths.
Design user interface mockups, visual models, flow diagrams, and other specification documents.
Conduct analytical review meetings with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to finalize functional specifications.
Facilitate the resolution of specification issues during the software development lifecycle.
Ensure specifications are accurate, complete, and clear, and maintain alignment with development processes.
Assist in gathering business requirements when scope documents are not provided.
Present specifications to stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.
Coordinate and prioritize multiple job requests to deliver results on schedule.
Perform all responsibilities following company-standard development procedures to maximize resources and meet user requirements.

Required

Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience
At least 4 years of experience in a related role
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and successful software development methodologies
Proficiency in relational databases such as SQL Server
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent project and time management skills
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation using Microsoft Word or other tools
Effective negotiation skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Financial Services, Mortgage Servicing, or Auction experience
Familiarity with Salesforce Objects and mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
Knowledge of .NET Architecture
Mobile development experience and familiarity with iOS and Android environments
