Responsibilities
Partnering with business units and IT to define system functionality requirements
Analyzing processes and identifying productivity/cost-saving initiatives
Documenting business requirements and managing project artifacts
Facilitating meetings, tracking action items, and providing status updates
Ensuring developed solutions meet business needs through testing and implementation
Supporting a range of small to large-scale projects up to 12 months in duration

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math or related field
2-4 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services
Strong desire to learn SQL, database structures, and reporting tools
Excellent verbal/written communication and documentation skills
Experience with business process analysis, workflow, and systems development
Ability to self-start projects, multitask, and meet challenging deadlines
Willingness to take ownership and get things right with a strong work ethic
Preferred
Preferred knowledge with: AddVantage, GreenHill, Profx, OneSource, FactSet, eDocs, Charles River
