Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the originations system, leveraging configurable features to create, optimize, and support workflows, partner integrations, credit and pricing policies, and communication processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address business challenges by implementing effective solutions within the originations system.
Maintain comprehensive and clear documentation for configured business processes, system workflows, and policy requirements.
Work closely with internal departments and external partners to design, maintain, and support system integrations.
Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to internal users and external partners as needed.
Contribute to projects involving system upgrades or the implementation of new business processes and policies.
Safeguard sensitive consumer information, adhering to confidentiality standards when accessing personal data.

Required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the domestic indirect automotive lending industry in either a business or technical role
Ability to create and maintain complex workflow and rules
Ability to define interface APIs from a business perspective working with technical teams on the full round trip
Understanding of API protocols and interface techniques
Intermediate-level expertise with MS Excel
Intermediate-level expertise with SQL queries and XML
Intermediate-level expertise with Visio, Confluence or similar process mapping tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in business or information Technology from an accredited institution
