Required
A minimum of 5 years experience in a Business Systems Analyst role and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or another related field.
Advanced analytical skills for complex business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommendation of solutions that align with business goals.
Exceptional facilitation in requirements gathering with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
Clear and concise communication working closely with variety of audiences including stakeholders, developers, and managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Preferred
Ability to use business intelligence platforms to derive actionable insights.
Strong project management skills using software to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Understanding of the agile software delivery life cycle.
