Responsibilities

Distributing ByNurture bags to new mothers and offering guidance on family healthcare.

Training in tele-health consulting to help families with breastfeeding challenges (bottle-to-breast continuity).

Triaging new families' healthcare concerns.

Supporting program growth by sharing ByNurture's grant opportunities with healthcare providers and students.

Nominating companies developing innovative products for newborns.

Required

A motivated nursing student or RN with a passion for infant health.

Eager to transition from bedside care to research and program development.

Interested in leadership, public speaking, and engaging with healthcare professionals.

Able to dedicate 5 hours per week to contribute meaningfully.

Preferred

Will be interested in transitioning from bedside care to changing protocol through research of an innovative fem-tech product.

Will have a desire to grow in to a leadership role and develop public speaking experience and eagerness to engage with key stakeholders (neonatologists, hospital supply managers, midwives etc.)
