Responsibilities

Lead projects to meet deadlines for product designs aligned with company objectives.

Assist in new product development and improvements following engineering procedures.

Collaborate with various departments to analyze and enhance product designs.

Coordinate tooling purchases and assembly equipment design for efficiency.

Ensure quality assurance by developing testing fixtures and procedures.

Provide project reports, drawings, and specifications for product design.

Measure performance against company goals and contribute to development processes.

Support R&D and engineering teams by providing prototypes, designs, and CAD models.

Required

Appropriate associate’s or bachelor’s degree, certifications, and 1-3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Displays effective utilization of appropriate software, systems, and manual tools, and other core specific necessary tools like CAD, CAM, CAE, and engineering procedures ENG-113, 114, 115, and 116

Understands and adheres by all appropriate IMMI and governmental standards of safety and training

Delivers effective work through competency from appropriate certifications, education, and training

Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities
