Responsibilities

Prepares design submittal package for Fire Alarm System projects.

Creates shop drawing submittal, and Operation & Maintenance Manual.

Analyzes the specifications, code reports, and electrical drawings.

Summarizes fire alarm material quantities and calculates control panel’s load using TrueDesign tools and MS Office Excel.

Creates drawing submittal packages using CAD.

Revises the reviewed submittal package based on Engineer’s comments.

AutoCADDrafting StandardsMS OfficeExcel

Required

High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of AutoCAD training and education with 2+ years’ related drafting experience. Background in electrical preferred.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting standards.

Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel).
