Responsibilities
Develop complete sets of construction drawings from a 2D/3D BIM model.
Have a strong understanding of design concepts including process equipment, piping layouts, flanges, valves and fittings, P&IDs, utility relocations, and other aspects related to the design.
Be proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D and coordinate design with multi-discipline project teams.
Possess strong communication and coordination skills, be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with an initiative to deliver high-quality, technically sound designs.

Required
Technically qualified with 3D design software and document management infrastructure
Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits are essential
Basic understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
Preferred
Associate’s degree in computer-aided drafting and design, engineering or related field or equivalent experience in CADD systems operations and maintenance
Minimum 5 years' experience in technical support of CADD applications such as AutoCAD, Revit and Microstation
Minimum 2 years of experience with BIM software, including 3D modeling, clash detection, and coordination
Produce drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of engineering designs using computer-aided drafting software
Experience in adopting the BIM process in large projects during its lifecycle from design to operation and demonstrating a strong knowledge of industry standards and practices in the areas of CAD, Microstation, and BIM software
Demonstrated ability to work independently in the development of process models and drawings
Civil drafting background with underground utility experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Strong organizational skills and sound judgment in establishing priorities among support requests and project work
Preference is given to local candidates
