Responsibilities
Maintain systems to assure calibrations are completed on time.
Coordinate activities of the calibration specialist.
Perform calibrations and preventive maintenance on a variety of instruments and maintain documentation for completed calibrations.
Make minor repairs to equipment and coordinate major repairs with equipment manufacturers and vendors.
Review completed IQ/OQ/PQ performances as part of change control for services performed by outside vendors.

Required
Experience in maintaining calibration programs
Ability to schedule calibrations on a monthly basis
Performing traceable certifications on in-house standards
Writing and revising SOPs
Coordinating repairs/calibrations with outside vendors
Shipping/receiving of calibration standards sent out for factory certifications
Provide technical support with R&D/QC laboratory equipment
Assist in laboratory investigations
Ability to maintain systems to assure calibrations are completed on time
Perform calibrations and preventive maintenance on a variety of instruments
Documentation management for completed calibrations
Ability to make minor repairs to equipment
Review completed IQ/OQ/PQ performances as part of change control for services performed by outside vendors
