Responsibilities
Handle a wide range of real estate litigation cases, including disputes involving real estate agents, property owners, and commercial lease negotiations.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on real estate litigation matters.

Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to California bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing real estate litigation.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to meeting a weekly billable requirement of 35 hours or 1,750 billable hours annually.
