Responsibilities
Provide Support: You will handle all consumer requests such as document requests, contract questions and information inquiries
Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Great written and spoken communication skills
Someone with contact-center or high volume customer service experience is good
Will deal with phone calls, emails, cases, etc.
Health industry exp not a must
Provide excellent customer service through active listening
Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding
Appropriately communicate with customers

Required
High School Diploma is required
Proven problem solving skills along with excellent communication skills
Ability to interact with various types of customers
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Maintain a full comprehensive understanding of the covered benefits, coding and reimbursement policies and contracts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Some experience in customer service setting preferred.
