Responsibilities
The development of new business, management of the complete sales cycle process including: prospect identification, lead generation, qualification, pricing development, proposal preparation and presentation, and contract signing and renewal.
Identifying prospective leads through creative research methods
Utilizing cold calling and email to qualify leads, new prospects, and set up meetings - documenting lead generation activities to meet required weekly goals
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
Responsible for meeting or exceeding new revenue, revenue retention, and sales performance targets
Keeping meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM
Continuously improve through feedback

Required
Minimum 2 years sales/business development experience in Call Center Services
Demonstrated track record of locating, qualifying and closing significant new business opportunities in Call Center Services.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, and PowerPoint), web-based, and Windows based software
Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Results focused and action oriented.
