Responsibilities
Review calls for adherence to established rules, guidelines and acceptability.
Provide feedback on areas of improvement to Sales Managers, Managers and Team Leads.
Respond to Management requests for specific calls, call data or reports.
Input data into computer system as it relates to information gathered for the call evaluation.
Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
Must be available to work shifts between 5am to 7pm, including weekends.
Other duties may be assigned.

Required
1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal customers and management, in either written or spoken form.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask.
Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
Preferred
1 or more years of office or inside customer service / call center experience
1 or more years of experience working in the mortgage or real estate industry
1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
