Responsibilities
Identify and onboard top-tier creators aligned with brand values and target audiences, supported by the Senior Campaign Manager.
Oversee contract negotiations, collaborating with the legal team as needed.
Use data-driven insights to evaluate creators and ensure measurable value for client campaigns.
Maintain a detailed creator database with collaboration history and rates.
Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Strategically negotiate talent costs to meet CPV targets while maintaining campaign integrity.
Lead complex, high-value campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Develop and manage detailed project timelines, coordinating with internal teams for seamless execution.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing feedback and nurturing relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Provide regular project updates and secure client approvals to ensure alignment.
Lead briefing calls with creators, delivering clear instructions and addressing questions.
Review creator submissions to ensure compliance with creative guidelines and FTC standards.
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimisation.
Collaborate with Paid Media teams to align on targeting, objectives, and campaign enhancements.

Required
Experience in campaign management, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
Strong understanding of the creator economy and influencer marketing.
Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and negotiate talent costs.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead complex campaigns.
Strong communication skills to serve as a key point of contact for clients.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with creative guidelines and FTC standards.
Preferred
Experience working with creators and managing creator partnerships.
Knowledge of data analytics tools and performance optimization strategies.
Experience in a fully remote working environment.
