Responsibilities

Driving innovative sales and promotions to increase growth across various channels
Strategizing and executing creative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue
Identifying and implementing new initiatives to optimize the website, improve customer experience, and expand our market reach
Coordinating long-term strategic initiatives and ensuring the team meets revenue and expansion goals
Managing website assets to keep the site relevant, fresh, and visually appealing
Crafting compelling promotional copy and proofing product setups to create an engaging shopping experience
Collaborating with the team to maintain high standards of data hygiene and customer service follow-up
Constantly exploring new marketing techniques, tools, and technologies to fuel business growth
Manage the segmentation, scheduling, testing, and deployment of all email & SMS campaigns on Klaviyo & Attentive platforms, ensuring accurate execution of plan, content, codes & links
Work closely with the creative team to ensure best practices in design, layout & delivering on-brand messaging
Develop and implement marketing campaigns that resonate emotionally with consumers, aiming to elevate the brand’s image, enhance engagement, increase brand awareness and ensure consistency in brand position and messaging.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, budget adherence, and business outcomes, with a continuous focus on optimizing current and future strategies. Share results across all levels, including executive leadership.
Manage a high volume of campaigns and initiatives with diligence, urgency, and flexibility, adapting plans as needed based on market conditions or business direction.

Required

Bachelors in Business Administration, marketing and/or Communications
7+ years in CRM & email & SMS marketing experience including campaign strategy/development, lead nurturing, delivering data and insights with focus on managing multiple brands
Very strong analytical ability to identify, aggregate & unlock complex data scenarios to create value
Proven experience leading high-performing, revenue driving strategy & marketing programs
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
Strong understanding of customer journey and conversion funnels using marketing automation tools (Klaviyo & Attentive) to drive pathways
Prior experience in developing and optimizing lead scoring, lead management and automated nurture campaigns
Prior experience in project management platforms (such as ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
Ability to produce reports and drive insights and analysis
Strong project management skills with an ability to work under pressure by prioritizing workload and managing frequent changes
Excellent interpersonal skills that you utilize to drive cross-functional collaboration and mentor team members
