Responsibilities

Diagnose inconsistencies and evaluate the need for customized solutions.

Manage initiatives with cross-functional teams for growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Uncover best practices and address concerns in strategy adoption with relevant leaders.

Create, develop, and implement innovative marketing campaigns for sales growth and customer engagement leveraging insights and analytics.

Analyze campaign data to shape future marketing strategies.

Collaborate with Business Intelligence and pricing teams for strategic segmentation and targeting.

Own testing design, strategic initiatives KPIs, and success metrics.

Manage project calendar and socialization of comms calendar and channel inclusion.

Execute and track tactics, optimizing ROI as needed.

Develop and deploy campaigns through various channels.

Continuously test, assess, and report campaign results, implementing improvements.

Focus on go-to-market priorities to meet business KPIs.

Establish test design and metrics for upgrade initiatives and report results regularly.

Prioritize projects, timelines, and deliverables for the Existing Customer org.

Understand financial impacts of promotionally based tactics and test into viable new opportunities.
