Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary based on available projects and practice areas.
Subject Matter Expertise : Actively work towards creating competence in a specific Ovative subject matter (e.g. media, measurement, strategy).
Hands-on digital media planning, execution, and optimization. Examples may include:
A/b testing
Landing page testing recommendations
On-page & Off-page optimization
Weekly and monthly reporting
Budget and goal pacing
Creative builds, testing & optimization
Audience creation & optimization
Promotion support
Heavy data analysis, reporting & insights of digital media performance
Cross-channel campaign planning, strategy, plan documentation, execution and optimization
Structured problem-solving, analysis & communication :
Execute discrete pieces of analyses using analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau)
Translate analyses into clearly communicated insights via slides/documents/emails to the client
Leadership development :
Manage work independently with initial direction from manager
Regularly speak up, ask questions and express your POV
Client management : Seek to understand the client’s business/industry and understand how their work connects to the broader project and client goals
Strive to be the best interaction of the client’s day
Support in the development of client facing solutions and deliverables, including PowerPoint pitches and competitive/landscape audits
