Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new accounts within the assigned multi-state territory.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Own the complete sales process, from initial outreach through closing.
Partner with Implementation and Client Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and drive customer adoption.
Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities during the first year of acquisition.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in newly acquired accounts to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term success.
Utilize CRM tools to track activities and maintain accurate pipeline data
Leverage industry insights and market trends to identify strategic opportunities in your territory.
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to network and promote Science Interactive.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field
5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education sector
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through new business acquisition
Skilled at building relationships and influencing decision-makers at all levels
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a consistent record of winning new business
Highly motivated with a relentless focus on achieving sales goals
Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to market changes
Excels at presenting complex information clearly and persuasively
Data-driven and leverages CRM tools to track performance and make strategic decisions
Stays current with industry trends and continuously refines approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges
