Responsibilities
Provide non-clinical administrative support to Case Managers and Care Coordinators in the Case Management program
Manage and retrieve medical documents, ensuring accurate record handling
Schedule and manage meetings using Outlook and system calendaring functions
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls regarding care coordination or case management inquiries
Foster cross-functional communication with other organizational teams/departments

Required
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office, health insurance, or managed care organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work across multiple software programs
Must reside in the PST or MST time zones
Preferred
Certification as a Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Knowledge of medical terminology
Prior experience in a Managed Care Organization (MCO)
Experience with TRICARE or VA health plans
