Responsibilities

Manage an internal dashboard of tasks and activities related to the implementation of new carrier integrations and post-production support

Work directly with insurance carriers, technical teams, our clients and other stakeholders to manage complex issues and escalations

Root cause complex issues, define and implement enhancements through process and automation to improve the customer experience

Provide first-class service to our clients

Required

6+ years of experience in an operations, project management or an equivalent role, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Benefits Administration or Insurance Eligibility/Enrollment

Stellar written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and execution

Experience with working with Product and Engineering teams with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable and practical steps

Experience working through a dashboard of tasks and organizing your day around both tasks and project deliverables
