Responsibilities
Develop strong connections with trucking companies, freight brokerages, and customs brokerages in critical markets.
Serve as the primary resource for platform engagement and user growth by facilitating onboarding for new companies and optimizing the experience for existing customers.
Act as the first point of contact for customer feedback and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate valuable user insights.
Represent the organization and act as its ambassador at the border and in significant Mexican markets.
Engage in industry events to promote the platform and increase its visibility.

Required
5+ years of experience in the freight industry, with a focus on cross-border freight between the US and Mexico.
Proven experience in business development or customer success roles, with a track record of building and nurturing relationships.
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Preferred
Preference for candidates with pre-existing relationships in the San Diego, California, and Tijuana, Mexico, markets.
