Responsibilities

Analyze cases upon receipt from Customer and ensure items are scheduled to meet case coverage standards.

Streamline the case assignments so that they can be more efficiently assigned by the Workload staff, and more efficiently worked in the field by the Investigative staff; including scheduling and cancelling items as necessary to meet case coverage criteria.

Ensure DRSIP (Delivery of Re-sequenced Investigative Packet) expectations are met on all items. Coordinate item coverage through internal processes, when necessary.

Analyze items scheduled during investigative process to ensure items meet case coverage criteria.

Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices.

Work is checked since errors may cause delay or expense. May assist and train less experienced personnel.

Conduct additional duties as required.
