Responsibilities

Meeting production standards on a daily and monthly basis. Standards are based on determining if recovery potential exists.

Initiating telephone contact and written correspondence with insurance claims adjusters, personal injury attorneys, patients, and other parties to the claim.

Examining and investigating cases based on accident details, and policy language to establish if recovery potential exists.

Utilizing the Internet and other resources to fully investigate potential recovery cases.

Talking on the phone 90% of your workday- outbound calls and answering calls returned to you about the claims you are working.

Detailed, clear, and concise case notes and providing exceptional customer service.

Required

Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education

18+ years of age

Steady work history

Experience with claims and making professional outbound calls is a must

Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test

Have prior clerical / customer service work experience

Great Typing Skills: 40+ adjusted wpm
