Responsibilities

Participate in assisting with the coordination of the month end close process ensuring timeliness, accuracy and completeness of the close

Compiling, reconciling, for month end close

Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

Responsible for the monthly preparation and maintenance of support of various Balance Sheet reconciliations

Degree in AccountingSAPGAAPAdvanced Excel skillsS4 HanaFinancial conceptsInternal controlsMicrosoft Office

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or Business with emphasis in Accounting or Finance required

3+ years of experience

Experience/knowledge of SAP, S4 Hana/ECC; S4 Hana a plus

Excellent understanding and familiarity with GAAP and the ability to apply these principles in practice

Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and practices

Broad understanding of internal controls

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and network

Willingness to collaboratively challenge the business

Demonstrated ability to work independently

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
