Responsibilities

Oversee daily cash flow activities and transactions.

Manage bank account balances and deposits.

Forecast cash needs and optimize cash usage to support financial goals.

Mentor a team of Cash Application Specialists.

Provide guidance to achieve departmental objectives.

Ensure timely cash applications and credit allocation.

Maintain positive relationships with clients and banks.

Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to address issues such as billing disputes, payment errors, and unauthorized deductions.

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), collection status, and risk exposures.

Identify opportunities to streamline treasury processes and enhance efficiency.

Implement best practices and new tools in cash management and applications.

Partner with internal teams such as Accounting, Finance, and Sales to align treasury activities with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with service representatives, account management, and sales to provide technical support as needed.
