Responsibilities
Manage, evaluate, and negotiate complex casualty claims
Adjust claims from multiple states
Reside in the Phoenix Metro area
Involve a combination of work from home and in office work
Travel to attend proceedings such as mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Assist with various casualty claims initiatives, technical training, pilot programs, and other assigned projects

Required
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of two years of relevant claims adjusting experience
Must be able to successfully secure an adjuster license in all states that require one
Consistent history of excellent file documentation and claim evaluations
Strong communication skills are required
Strong technical proficiency in directing litigation
Must demonstrate superior negotiating skills
Ability to operate with minimum supervision
Preferred
Successful completion of an insurance designation program (CPCU, AIC, etc.)
