Responsibilities
Manage and facilitate the prioritization and allocation of constrained products to ensure optimal distribution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders in operations and sales to address and resolve issues related to product constraints and allocations.
Serve as a liaison between the commercial team, field sales and supply chain to ensure clear and effective communication of priorities and constraints.
Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for product prioritization and allocation.
Prepare and present reports on product allocation and prioritization to senior management and other stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product prioritization and allocation.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or supply chain role.
Experience in managing product allocations and prioritizations.
Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred
Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems is a plus.
