Responsibilities
Drive Sales: Create and implement actionable strategies to achieve Sweet Leaf’s catering sales goals
Engage Customers: Use your expertise in emailing and calling customers to connect with leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into sales
Develop Business: Leverage your catering industry knowledge to identify new opportunities and drive Sweet Leaf’s growth in the market
Close Deals: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring a win-win approach that maximizes revenue and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Marketing: Work alongside our marketing team to craft compelling promotional materials that align with sales objectives
Monitor Progress: Track sales performance metrics, provide regular updates to senior management, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success

Required
Proven experience in catering sales and a deep understanding of the industry
